1. Sponsor The Costa’s Fine Jewelry and Coins Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Costa’s Fine Jewelry and Coins (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to (a) legal residents of Wisconsin (b) who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, and any of its related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to the laws of Wisconsin.

3. Agreement to Official Rules By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Timing The Sweepstakes begins on June 9, 2025 and ends on October 9, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Late, lost, incomplete deficient entries will not be counted.

5. How to Enter Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. To enter, participants must visit https://giveaway.shopcostas.com/ and complete the online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants will be required to provide their name, email address, and telephone number. By entering, Entrants agree to receive future communications, including product solicitations from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out of receiving future communications and solicitations from Sponsor by using the opt out feature contained in such communications.No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entries are permitted. Sponsor discourages the creation of multiple accounts. All entries discovered to have been submitted by the same individual using multiple accounts will be disqualified.

6. Winner Determination Approximately four months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor or its designated agent will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from all Entries received. Upon Sponsor confirming that the selected Entry has met the requirements of these Official Rules and is eligible to win a Prize, Sponsor will email the selected winner at the email address used to register and provide instructions about prize fulfillment. Failure to respond to the contact within 72 hours, failure to accept the prize, or Sponsor’s determination that the selected Winner is not eligible to win the Prize, will result forfeiture. If the selected winner forfeits the Prize or is deemed ineligible to win, Sponsor reserves the right to select either select an alternate potential winner selected by random drawing or end the Sweepstakes without awarding the Prize.

7. Prize One selected entrant will win a jewelry item valued at approximately $10,000. The winner may select from one of the following: woman’s ring, or woman’s bracelet or men’s ring or men’s bracelet. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash. No substitutions may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, entry and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. As a condition of receiving a prize, potential winners may be required to execute and return a W-9 IRS form and an affidavit of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Failure to complete and return such documents within the time period designated by Sponsor or its designee shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. General Conditions Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, and to hold a random drawing from among all Entries to date if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in a disruptive manner.

9. Limitations of Liability By participating, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and it parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the & quote; Released Parties "e;) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) technical or human error or which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (d) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

10. Arbitration The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions. All disputes, claims or demands that relate to these Official Rules will first be brought to the attention of the other party and will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The receiving party shall have sixty (60) days from the date of such notice to remedy the described breach or violation and notify the complaining party in writing of the resolution. If the dispute, claim or demand is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant within 60 days, the complainant may request an informal resolution conference (mediation), which if agreed to by the other party will be scheduled to occur within 21 days of the written response. Each party shall have the right to be represented at such a conference by counsel and will ensure that a decision-maker with full and complete authority to resolve the dispute attends the conference. Such conference will be in front of a third party mediator chosen by the parties. If the parties do not agree to conference or are unable to resolve a dispute after such a conference, the parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim or demand related in any way to these Official Rules will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between the parties, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Official Rules, shall be submitted to JAMS for binding arbitration under its applicable rules then in effect, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.

11. Winners List For a copy of these Official Rules or for the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received within six (6) months from the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period to: Costa’s Fine Jewelry and Coins, Attn.
